Hi There, About Two Months Ago I Squeezed What Appeared

Hi there,
About two months ago I squeezed what appeared to be a pimple on my moustache just above my upper lip. It cut open and started bleeding. It doesn't hurt at all but there is a red spot. Is there anyway I can treat it to go away faster? Thanks
