Hi There. I Am A 36 Year Old Mom Of

Hi there. I am a 36 year old mom of 4 with no pre-existing heart problems. On Sat I experienced pretty typical heart attack symptoms for women....nauseated/hovering over the throne for about 3 hours, with nothing coming to fruition. Pain bw my shoulder blades, even chest pain at one point although it didn't last long at all. I then slept for 3 hours and woke up feeling normal. Sunday I felt fairly normal although the pain was still there bw my shoulder blades. Monday I woke up feeling "off" again - chest pain, pain bw shoulder blades, added lower back pain (not spine, but organs??), headache. No nausea. Went in and had blood work done. My troponin was .06 and my amylase was 51. Is Troponin supposed to be a zero value or is .06 somewhat normal?
