Hi There, I Have Been Diagnosied With A Very Swollen

Hi there,
I have been diagnosied with a very swollen thyroid and also some nodules which have grown slightly over a period a five years.. Just last year y issues worsened greatly and my throat and voice have been affected greatly.. Also the past few weeks my neck and down my right arm are very painful and my right ear!!!!Im waiting on my GP to call me back with the results from an ENT but i feel something is terribly wrong as i also get a horrible secreating posion from my throat that stops me in my tracks and makes me shiver and dizzy... Am awfully worried
