Hi There, I Have Severe Pain In My Right Side

Hi there, I have severe pain in my right side and back in the right side rib cage, I had a scan of my organs as the doctor and I assumed it was gallstones, the scan found no gallstones but a fatty liver. I have been to the toilet an hour ago were I was asleep and woke bursting to urinate, immediately I feel immense pain in my right side and back??? Please can you help?? Thankyou claire.
