Hi There I'm 18 Years Of Age And During Intercourse

Hi there
I'm 18 years of age and during intercourse I'm getting sore abdominal pain in my stomach
Plus my piss odor is pretty bad nowadays i go to the toilet frequently and just a little piss comes out then hurts the inside of my vaginal
Is that bad ??
I get headaches , heartburns, sometime chest pain , an sometimes can't breath !!
I'm wondering if I'm pregnant or there's a infection going on downstairs !!
Please help
