Hi there! Please help me understand the result of my TVS. I have been suffering from no menstruation for 6 months now so my doctor recommended me to undergo TVS. The result are as follows:
Uterus is retroverted with regular contour and homogenous myometrium. The cervix is closed and homogeneous. The endometrium is thin and isoechoic with intact endomyometrial interface. Both ovaries are lateral to the uterus and devoid of follicles. Superior to the right ovary is a unilocular thin-walled anechoic cystic structure measure 0.9 x 0.8 x 0.7 cm suggestive of a paraovarian/paratubal cyst. There is no free fluid in the cul de sac. Thank you.
