Hi There, When I Was 11 (I Am Now 25)

Hi there,

When I was 11 (I am now 25) I was running around a corner and landed on the left-hand side of my ribs. Ever since then every few months it feels like one of my ribs click out of place and stab me in the lung. This causes severe pain and I am barely able to breathe. I have to take tiny little breaths and then finally when I can pluck up the courage I have to take one huge breath to click the rib back in place which instantly stops the pain and I can breathe again. This can happen at any time and I could be doing something simple as just walking and it will happen. Do you know what this could be? Is there any way to prevent it or stop it from happening?

Thanks,

Candice
