Hi There, My Husband Has Gout Well At Least He

Hi there, my husband has gout well at least he thinks it is, he has a long history of gout. This occasion it seems much worst, his whole foot is really swollen, hes been putting ice packs on it to get the swelling down but it doesnt seem to be helping. Im getting really worried, hes lost his appetite and is drinking water only and eating very little. Its been a holiday weekend so we cant get him into the doctors until tomorrow. Hes had this since Friday normally the swelling would be down within a day or two but his foot seems to be getting fatter
