Does Diarrhea In A Toddler And The Stool Exam Showing Few RBC/hpf And WBC/hpf Along With Yellow Mucoid Indicate A Problem?

Hi what does Stool Microscopic examination means for: rbc is 0-2 /hpf and wbc is 2-4 /hpf? Groww appearance for color is yellow and consistency is mucoid? May I know if this sounds alarming or normal. My child is only 2 years old and has diarhea since saturday.
