Hi...5 Year Old Son With A Negative X-ray For Abscess,

Hi...5 year old son with a negative X-ray for abscess, but pain at night. Also on X-ray, 6 year molar just under surface. Was treated with antibiotics, and pain went away after a week. 2 weeks later, pain back, on and off, treating again with antibiotics, but no redness or swelling around tooth. Tooth has been previously treated and filled for cavities (deep). Now dentist is sending us to an oral surgeon to have tooth extracted, but hasn't taken a follow up X-ray yet. Could this pain possibly be from the erupting molar right behind it? No fever, no facial swelling or bad breath. Son also has sensory processing disorder and Asperger's, and is very pain tolerant. Never mind..I don't have 15$... Sorry to waste your time, I didn't pay attention to the whole website!
