Hi,I Have A 5 Year Old Daughter.Last Year I Had

Hi,I have a 5 year old daughter.Last year I had 2 abortions-one in Jan'15 -My doctor told me that the baby had only 4 weeks growth wherein I had reached 7 weeks and second in Dec'15-My doctor told me that the heartbeat was not there.
I am pregnant again and in my 5th week and this time my doc has advised to take Aspirin Eco sprin-75 and will do the scan at 6 week.
Please suggest if ecosprin is fine and any suggestions
