Hi...I Have Been Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia..but I Seem To Have

Hi...I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia..but I seem to have it quite extreme...chronic pain 24/7'...I am so debilitated..to the point of being house bound...I'm not entirely sure it is fibromyalgia..I pretty much diagnosed myself and then the GP..agreed...I looked up other illnesses that mimic fibromyalgia...and lupus stuck out...I was very interested to read that the red line I get randomly down my nose could be an indication of lupus...I've never told the doctors about the line as its never painful...just strange and then disappears...could this be lupus and not fibromyalgia.
