Hie, I've Been Struggling From An STI For 3 Years

Hie, I've been struggling from an STI for 3 years and some months. I've been to clinics and hospitals to no avail. The symptoms started off with sharp sudden periodic pains in my shaft, kind of like needles, coupled with soreness in the whole genital area to the point wearing tight fitting jeans would hurt. I also had a shiny/glistening head, this persisted for some time, I would get a crawling sensation in my testicles on the onset and this lasted through some months, I would also get a feeling of anal discharge. Whenever I would indulge in pre-sex romance I would get streams of colourless discharge and this put me off to the point I have never indulged in actual intercourse ever since getting infected. These developed over time to a persistent itchiness from the head through the shaft that I still experience now and periodic abdominal pain. I really need your help doctors, I'm terribly suffering from this and don't have a family yet
