High BP, Red Blotches On Arms. Insulin Dependent. How Long Will They Take To Heal?
My blood pressure went to 200/110 so they doubled the dosage to 100mgs,its called Larsaton. I started to itch on my arms and I scratched ,immediately red blotches started to appear. I have them for over a week.Am also a insulin diabetic .whats causing the blotches,what are they and how long are they staying? What can I put on it
HI Thank for asking to HCM The drug which you are taking is a angiotensin receptor antagonist is known to induce hypersensitivity (Itching ) I better advise you to switch over to some other drug for hypertension, you can inform your Doctor about this, even if the problem persistence then for a symptomatic relief take second generation antihistamine "levocetrizin 5 mg three times in day, have great day.
