High LDL, Triglyceride Levels. Prescribed Rosavel To Lower Lipid Levels. Treatment Options?

hi i have been detected with 117 value of ldl and 233 value of trigl ycerides in my lipid test and my doctor has advised tablet rosavel 10 daily at night is it the best medicine to lower lipid levels and are there any side effects of this medicine if yes what are alternative medicines without side effects. i am 38 years young

Similarly, there is no best medicine.
Every individual is different - in genetic make up, habits and so on, deciding the outcome.

Rosuvastatin is one of the good medicines / statin class.
All statins can cause muscle pain or elevated liver enzymes in a few.

Unless you have a proven problem, alternatives drugs are out of consideration.
They too can have problems.
Not every one has / that too not every problem described.

Keep following up with your doctor.
He will guide according to the situation
