High Bp, Homocystine Level, Vitamin B Deficiency. On Medicine For Bp, Vitamin B. Stanlip Taken Previously. Advise?
I have a regular high BP and today it is 100/130. 6 months before my lipid profile and high and after having stanlip is had come close to boundary. i also have high homocystine level, vitamin B deficiency. so now i am taking dailiy medicine for bp, and vitamin B. Stanlip i have stopped. 6 months before all my heart related report like ECG, ECO, TMT were normal, checked in Narayan Hrudalaya. Is my heart at risk.
Your heart is now normal. But there are risk factors for the future – Blood Pressure / High Lipids / Homo-cysteine... You need life style modifications – diet, exercise... You need drugs – for good control of BP to 130/80; for lipids even if the value is normal; for homo cysteine; may be aspirin too... Your physician can suggest based on his assessment of the situation...
Take care Wishing speedy recovery God bless Good luck
