High Cholesterol Levels. Prescribed Rozavel. ECG Shows Q In Inferior Wall. Explain

Sir,
I am 43 yrs. old .In recent investigation it is found that my cholestrol- 204, LDL cholestrol-130, HDL cholestrol-33, S.Triglyceride-205,
I need need your advice how to bring down all those level and my physician prescribed me Rozavel a 75, wheather its a correct medicine for me.
My ECG report it is found that Q in inferior wall, what is that?

Dear Sir
Thanks for your query.
1. The treatment of cholesterol related disorder depends upon calculation of your target LDL levels. The target can not be calculated by the information you provided.
2. Q wave in inferior wall can be pathological or non-pathological (insignificant). They can be best commented upon by looking at ECG and knowing clinical profile. There are many causes of Q waves beside heart attack.
If you can upload the ECG, I will be able to throw more light on this issue.
