High Fever. Blood Test Done. Suggestions?

Sir,
My son is running high fever (102 deg C) since yesterday. Got blood test done for CBC and SGPT. The values highlighted in report are haemoglobin 11.3 g/dl, mean corpusular volume 79.9 fL, differential leucosyte count - polymorphs 78%, absolute eosinophil count 624 cells/mm3, sgpt 52.3 U/L.

hello dear
thanks for your query at HCM
i understand your concern regarding child
1 do tapid sponging with wet cloth when ever child has fever
2 give paracetamol 15 mg per kilogram per dose three times a day
3 child seem to be having mild anemia give syrup rubired 5 ml once daily
4 polymorph counts are raised because oft he infection , if fever is not decreasing you may have to start him on antibiotic amoxicillin plus clavuronica acid 60 mg per kilogram in three divided dosages .
