High Pulse Or Heart Rate, EKG Says Anterior Infarct, Stressed, On Adderall. Will I Have Heart Attack ?

My pulse or heart rate has been very high for around two months. 103, 109, 113, 105 etc. My doctor conducted an EKG and explained he was referring me to a Cardiologist for next Monday. He did tell me that the report said I have had an Anterior Infarct. I have been so stressed trying to sell Real Estate and working at a junkie retail shop at night to make ends meet. I HATE that store and working there. I also have lost 25 lbs. taking Adderall and cutting food intake. My doctor said they will probably take the Adderall away, but I don't feel wired like cocaine or speed I only take 20 ml. twice a day that makes me not hungry, not wired! I did my will last week because I have a very real and hunch I am not going to live a long life I have always felt this way. Can I have another heart attack now? Right now my pulse is 102.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear Sir
Thanks for your query to us.
Adderall (a combination of amphetamines) is known to be associated with high heart rate. Even the risk of acute heart attack is known to increase with its use (especially for first 4 hours after its use).
But do not be over-concerned and wait for your cardiologists opinion. A number of times ECG will not tell the correct diagnosis. Only your cardiologist will establish the facts for you. In the meantime try to relax, avoid taking speed, cocaine and amphetamines as they increase your risk of having heart attack. Do continue to follow the prescription and advise of your doctor for the meantime.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder

adderal increses sympathetic activity of body which inturn can raise heart rate , BP and also to certain extent chances of having heart attack.
Many times people feel extreme squzzing or constrcting pain in chest with lots and lots of perspiration, vommiting etc , did you have these symptoms any time , may be in past also. As these are not the only symptoms of attack and it cane subtle also many times.
ECG is not a confirmatory taste.
Let you cardiologist interpret same ECG, as some times it is subjective too.
I believe you are taking adderal for medical reason on doctors prescription , if not so you must stay away from all kind of addictive drugs, a psychiatrist can help you better for de-addiction.
hope this helps you
