I had been denied for twice a week due my pulse go too high. I were certifiable follow up everything. I had drank 4 to 5 bottle water a day. I didn't have any problem with my body. My heart rating is good and it's below 100. Now, I am have hard time do donor because my pulse wouldn't go down as 100 below. Please can someday to help me out
A resting heart rate above 100 (tachycardia) is abnormal.
It needs investigation.
Anaemia / Anxiety / Alcohol / Tobacco (smoking) / Caffeine (too much coffee, cola) / Thyroid / Medicines like Phenylephrine, used for ‘cold’ / Salbutamol, used for asthma / Illicit ‘drugs’ like Amphetamine are notorious to cause the beats.... At times, abnormal nerve paths in the heart (bypass tracts) are responsible!
EKG / HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up – may all be necessary for further assessment and assistance.
You must see a doctor. The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.
Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
