Hello,

Your father is a diabetic and he has reduced his weight drastically.
There is muscle wasting and his bone density as decreased.

In the first pace hyperglycemia can cause weight loss due to improper uptake of glucose in by the muscle. This is evident by muscle wasting.

There may be Diabetic peripheral neuropathy due to which he may be having pain in the lower extremities.

osteoporosis may be due to vitamin D deficiency or any thyroid related problems.
