Hi,m Sonia ,my Age Is 35 I Lose My Veginity

Hi,m sonia ,my age is 35 i lose my veginity at this age, m weight is 45 kg, my problem is while having intercourse, my vagina becmes too tight so my spouse feel difficulty in insersion, and most of the time after intercourse, i face extreme itching in vaginal area, due to itching heavy rashes occurs, plus now a days two three boils is forming near vaginal line.
please le me know why this problem has occured, and what is its permanent remedy
