Hip Replacement Is Required If Hip Pain Persist While Waking Up?

Please type your query here...I sleep on my sides, but lately I wake up with pain in my hip, it feels like the bone is poking me, I'm a 60 year old lady 5'4" and about 165lbs, I'm wondering if I need hip replacement, I havent gone to the doctor yet what do you think?
