Historectomy Due To Mosaic Syndrome. Constant Cramps, Pain, Swelling Left Stomach. Suggestions?

i have turner mosaic syndrome and at 17 i had an historectomy im 28 now short statured and every once in a while i spot blood my stomach stays swelled all the time i some times cramp in my left side and the pain radiates to my thigh it feel like an constant tooth ache i currently dont have an job and cant afford to get current checkups please can u give me more insight thanks soo much brandey
