Radiologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

There is fibro nodular opacities in right upper lobe. It may be sequele of past TB infection.
I think radiologist is doubtful for your infection.X-ray findings shows very little sign of infection.
So, you need proper clinical examination and few more investigations.
PCR test will exclude your TB infection.
Positive clinical findings and positive PCR can confirm the disease.Treatment depends accordingly.
If there is recurrence of TB then you have to take full course for six months.
PTB Minimal indicates very little signs of infection.
CT Scan can be done if needed.
Get well soon.

Take Care
