History Of TB. Having Prolonged Cough, Evening Fever, Sweating During Sleep. Mantox Test Positive. Treatment?
sir / lady: good after noon, My question is about TB. I had TB 16 years back and fully treated. Now: i. My chest X-Ray-Normal ii. Complete Blood Picture-High ESR (60) iii. Mantox test-Positve. Other symptoms are: i. Evening fever ii. sweating during sleep iii. unusual tiredness iv. Prolonged cough for last 100 days. Do I have TB?

By the above symptoms and tests,TB cannot be diagnosed definitely.
Sputum should be examined for Tuberculous bacilli.
Latest and advanced blood tests like PCR/ELISA will confirm the diagnosis.
Consult your chest physician and proceed.
Please do not neglect.
