You are having severe recalcitrant acne vulgaris with secondary infection. Stay mentally cool. Take good sleep . Avoid oily food. Apply clindamycine + adapalene gel daily at night. Take azithromycine 500 mg once a day For three months, then three tab per week for 6 months. I hope you may be improved, but still you consult some other dermatologist.
