History Of Asthma And Allergies.Could I Have A Sinusitis?
I m a 28 y/o female with a history of asthma and allergies. I had a cold last week that was starting to go away but now I have a sore throat , stuffy nose with thick green discharge wnd a headache to the back of my head and I feel miserable...any advice? Could this be a sinus infection?

yes you are having sinusitis. The thick greyish mucus needs easy expulsion . Steam with euclyptus oil or with cap. Karvol in boiling water will loosen this and make the nasal passage patent. Have hot milk with turmeric in it. This will increase your immunity against allergies and asthma and also cure sinus infection.

Hi,
You are definitely having acute sinusitis, antibiotics, mucolytics and decongestants are required. Hence you need to consult your ENT specialist and get treated appropriately. Till then drink plenty of warm water, use saline nasal drops 3 drops 3-4 times/day and steam inhalation 2-3 times/day, if headache/sore throat is there you can take pain killers.
