History Of Ectopic Pregnancy. Irregular Periods. Done Follicular Scan. Correct Size Of Egg?

Hi Doctor, Iam 27 years old.I had an ectopic pregnancy in aug-2012 and due to this i had undergone a surgery and my left fallopian tube is removed. After the surgery my mensturation cycle is irregular.i had a folicular scan on 12th day and the egg size is 10mm.I took throid test recently and there is no thyroid . I wanted to know whether this is correct size and why my periods are irregular.

Dear Ma'm this is not the usual story. one sided tubectomy usually does not interfere with normal periods, were you having irregular periods before surgery as well ? may be you need to evaluate your LH, FSH, E2, 17 (OH)P, TSH, FT4, RBS, HB. regards!
