History Of Heroin Addiction. Want To Stop Suboxone. Have Bloody Diarrhea. What To Do?
Quick story. I was a heavy Heroin addict. Got clean from Heroin and all other narcotics 6 years ago and stayed clean other than using suboxone everyday.. Thing is I want off the suboxone. Ive been taking 2mg for a little over a year. Im at 4.5 days clean. I was drinking some RED Gatorade last night and this morning. After finally getting a few hours a sleep using Ambien. I woke up this morning and had diarehha is it was very bloody. 1 hour later went back to the bathroom and it was just as bad. I never went threw this before even threw MAJOR heroin detoxes. What should I do ?
The diarrhoea can be due to suboxone withdrawal and a small amount of blood in the stools can also be explained as some superficial blood vessels may burst due to forceful motions. But it appears that you had a significant amount of bleeding, which in my experience, is not likely to be due to withdrawal. There is also a possibility that the red colour was not due to blood but due to the red gatorade. So I suggest that you see a doctor and get a detailed evaluation done.
Bets wishes.
