History Of Hypertensive Stroke. Diagnosed With High BP And CKD. Taken Sevalamer And Renolog

hello doctor,
My mother who is 60 yrs old suffered a hypertensive stroke in june 2013.
During her treatment,she was diagnosed to be a high bp patient.
In later stage it was also found that she is a CKD Patient.
At the time of discharge from hospital,her creatinine wad 3.4.
3 haemodialysis were performed on her during her hospitalization.
Now her creatinine has gone upto 6 in last 5:months.
Other than bp medicine she takes two medicines from nephro.
sevalamer 400.
renolog....started 2 days back.
She is non diabetic.
will renolog help her ?
or lastly we have to resort to dialysis.
