History Of Hysterectomy. Hard Stomach, Painful To Bend Over, No Heartburn. Normal Appetite. Need For Concern With Hernia?

OK I am overweight, I know this is not healthy. However, with a hysterectomy 4 1/2 years ago, my stomach recently is hard and it is painful at times to bend over. Not squat bend over, but bend at the hips to bend over. Not all the time, but sometimes. My bowels are moving normally, appetite is normal, no sickness or heartburn or digestive. Do i need to be concerned with a hernia
