If you are getting repeated abortions, the causes should be evaluated.
If you are suspecting
miscarriage this time, consult gynecologist and go for
ultrasound.
If ultrasound shows retained products, you may need D & C to remove the products.

Then once go for blood tests including
hemoglobin, blood grouping and typing, blood sugar, TORCH panel, thyroid profile, antiphospholid
antibodies etc.

With this workup the possible causes for your problem can be identified and treated.
In the next cycle, track your ovulation and plan intercourse around that period. This will increase the possibility of pregnancy.
After that continue with regular antenatal checkups and ultrasound examinations.
