History Of Miscarriage. Spotting During Pregnancy, Trouble Breathing. Should I Go To The Doctor?

Hi I had a miscarrage and I went to the doctor and she took my blood to see if it was a miscarrage and it was and she told me just to wait it out so I did and she told me to wait for one normal period so I did and I got pregant the next month and around 5 weeks I started to spot and the doctor didn't take any tests or anything and said everything is fine and then I went in because I had troubles breathing and I told him I was fine now but before I had a hard time breathing I was 8 weeks and I started to bleed like a lot like another misscarages and I keep seeing this doctor that said I'm fine and I'm not sure what to do. If I should go to the doctor or not. What I should do now. Just watch. Also I would like to get pregant again so what should I be doing more excerises and eat healthy take my prenatal vitaman sand everything I was prescribed.

Thanks for the query.
If you are getting repeated abortions, the causes should be evaluated.
If you are suspecting miscarriage this time, consult gynecologist and go for ultrasound.
If ultrasound shows retained products, you may need D & C to remove the products.
Ultrasound also helps in finding out uterine abnormalities, that can lead to repeated abortions.
Then once go for blood tests including hemoglobin, blood grouping and typing, blood sugar, TORCH panel, thyroid profile, antiphospholid antibodies etc.

With this workup the possible causes for your problem can be identified and treated.
In the next cycle, track your ovulation and plan intercourse around that period. This will increase the possibility of pregnancy.
