History Of Termination. Pain In Right Side, Swollen, Tender To Touch. Help

I had a termination 4 week and 4 days ago, was a little over 5 weeks,i had some pain in my lower right handside and they at first throught ectopic/ appendix but after 4 days in gyno ward and numerous scans i was discharged,i then went for my termination,hardest thing ive ever done, unplanned pregnancy and joint decision between myself and my partner.We waited for 2 weeks healing time, and have been trying hard to get pregnant again, abortion was the worst thing i did and regret this a lot.However, i am now and have been for the last week or so,having the same pain in my right side,low down,feels like an air bubbleif this even makes sense,its tender to the touch and i feels swolen,i am probably being paranoid as lotsof preg tests are showing negative and testing to see if im ovulating and no i dont seem to be,any ideas,pain today felt really sore and i had to undo the zip on my trousers as felt so sore,not in agony or anything just wonder why this pain on lower right wont go.Many thanks for your help.
