Hit Back Right Upper Side Of Head, Painful Large Unbroken Lump. It Is Lethargic. Help?

I slipped and hit the back right upper side of my head on the bathroom door three days ago.
It was a blunt hit.
I was stunned for a few seconds and received an instant large unbroken lump that is stil very painful.
I feel quite lethargic not normal for me, and a little nauseousat times.
I am a healthy 58 yr old female. Should I see a Dr?

Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

It must be a scalp swelling most likely. See if it reduces on applying an ice pack. If you experience severe headache, memory loss, confusion, loss of consciousness, vomiting, loss of balance, visual problems please consult a neurosurgeon and get a CT scan brain done immediately.

Hope this helps
