Hit Forehead Hard. Feeling Like Water Running In The Head. Matter Of Concern?

Hello, I hit my forehead pretty hard yesterday morning. It was very painful, but I felt okay and drove to my appointment and continued my day. (I did run a red light. I cannot explain why. Was I momentarily confused? I have never done that before. The light wasn't about to change -- somehow I saw red and understood "go.") When it first happened, I di have a rushing sensation inside my head -- as if there were sheets of water running down insdie my head. Today I have a head ache and I am wondering if I shoudl be concerned.

Hi, it appears to be the head injury, of concussion type, you may need to take M.R.I for confirmation, So i advise you to consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need bed rest and observation for 48 hours.
