Hit On Head. Can That Lead To Nose Bleed?

Hi goodmorning, My 3 yr old son had a very small hit in your head while playing, he was absolutely fine, no crying nothing . had food, nice sleep . but today morning he woke up around 7 . I saw a littile bit blood in his nose . Still he s fine , he had his break fast, he s playing..but am very scared Is this serious?
