Hlo,sir My Name Ramesh, My Nephew Have Some Ear Problem.

My name ramesh,
My nephew have some ear problem. A white color liquid comes from his ear. I ve alredy cosult by a doctor but there is no improvement. He told us that structure of his nose is not staight it is little twisted. He gave nasoclear( saline nasal spray) for nose and candibiotic ear drop. Sime time dry (hard ) waste comes from his nose.
Please advise us what we do further??
