I'm 63 with cervical spondylosis and at the moment are having chronic pain between my shoulder blades which radiates out across my shoulders . i have had this diagnosed 15 yers ago and periodically suffer , i am wonderring if a suppliment of gloucosamine chondroitin would helo this condition or is thre any other supplement which would help
