Hello ma'am.

A hole in the bladder is a serious issue and can lead to severe complications by contamination from urine, which is why I would advise you to visit your doctor for a transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) and another non-invasive investigation (eg. CT scan or MRI) for further confirmation and urgent action to be taken for the suspected condition.

Do not take this lightly and please report to a doctor at the earliest.

Best wishes.
