Hi holes on the face is due to post acne scarring.medical treatment works less effectively in this condition.even though use hexilak silicone gel along with evion tablet to get holes cured.if no response go for glycolic acid peels or co2lasers.regarding hair fall minoxil 2 percent lotion twice daily and follihair tablet daily once.scalp lotion twice a week can cure the condition
