Holes On Heels, Sweating. Why Do They Smell?

Hi There,

I just noticed about half an hour ago that I have some tiny pin point sized holes on my heels, I wear closed in shoes to work as I am a hairdresser. My feet sweat alot during the day, I sometimes get hairs in my shoes and my feel absoloutly stink! What are the holes and what can I do about the smell?

Thanks
