Homeopathic Medicine To Lose Belly Fat
despite restricting my diet ( fat and calories) for 3 months and moderate exercise i could not reduce my weight. Previously i was a body builder and have gained weight above 110 kg now, causing complications like joint pains etc. Would you suggest any homeopathic medicine to loose belly fat?????

hi welcome to hcm.see before starting any medicine you have to be mentally prepared for it then start daily exercise and yoga for 1 hr in a day.then control on diet ,you have to increase fiber intake in to your diet plus avoid fast food and dairy products plus sweets.take plenty of fluid in whole day .there are many medicine which help in regular metabolism control the diet like phytolaca berry,amonium mur,cal carb ,etc but batter you have to concern any gud homoeopath and start constitutional therapy which is best in treating your problem.

hi welcome to hcm.see obesity are of two type one that constitutional means person is obess from their childhood familial tendency and second because of junk food,sedentary habits,bad habits like smoke and drink.if you are in first category then its little difficult but if in second then you follow strict diet chart to concern any dietitian and do exercise and yoga regularly .also take plenty of fluid.take more fiberous food avoid sweets,junk food and bad habit if any.homoeopathy having medicine if it select on constitutional background.you can also try hcg diet plan which definitely help u in your problem.

Well, young man after reading and understanding too your fats problems accumulated around your waist and abdomen area no remedy can be prescribed without knowing complete history of complaints and in as of my opinion you well advised to work out for yoga exercises and contact good homeopath in your area and wish you good luck for to enjoy life stress free from any tension...............

Homeopathy Phytolacca Berry Tablets(SBL brand) consist of effective Homeopathic remedies that act on the adipose tissues of your body to get rid of unwanted fat.so try to get it from your near by homoeopathic pharmacy and take it thrice a daily before meals for first 15 days and then reduce it to twice a day for next 1 month ,follow up then.
