Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
The condition can be urticaria /contact dermatitis/alcoholic flush.
Proper diagnosis is needed as the treatment differs in different conditions.

A visit to dermatologist will allow proper diagnosis and treatment.

Till the time you can use Tab.Zyrtec twice a day and aloe vera lotion over rash.
Stopping the bear can be useful.
Hope this helps.
