Hot Flashes, Low Grade Fever, Lower Back Pain, Constipation, Brown Discharge. On Depo. Pregnancy Or PMS?

Hi. Ive had hot flashes and low grade fever for two weeks with not being able to quench my thirst. My lower back hurts. I'very been constipated for a month and yesterday i noticed a brown discharge , along with today. I am on the birth control shot, depo. I just want to know if Im having pregnancy symptoms or just PMS symptoms

As you are on contraceptive depo, your symptoms could be a side effects of your contraceptive injection, if your age near to fourties or fifties could be due to peri menopausal symptoms too. get one UPT done to rule out pregnancy. chances of pregnancy are less.
