How A Person With Spina Bifida Occulta Be Helped?

I have my adult son living here with me who was born with spina bifida occulta and all of the problems that come along with it. He managed to work for over 24 years without any one knowing he had no bowel control but can no longer do it. Mentally he isn't doing well with his problem at all. What can we do for him?
