How An Poor Fetal Growth During Pregnancy Be Treated?

Hi , I am at 32th week and My fetal FL is 6 weeks behind and head size is exactly at 32th week but my sonography showed all long bones are short at 29th week while at 32th week by rechecking , i realized during 3 weeks my fetal has grown by her age just she stopped growing within 24th to 29th , but now now she is trying to catch up , I am so worried and My question is , how can I help her by nutrition? Is there any hope that I have a healthy baby ?

Hello,
It could be a constitutional shortening means the length is on slightly lower side because parents are short stature.
All other parameters are normal and there is no growth retardation and even head circumference is normal. That means baby doesn’t has any growth retardation and the length may be his genetic length.
You can take amino acid supplements which provide some results.
