How An Severe Fire Ant Bite On The Ankle Be Treated?

My husband has been bitten by fire ants three large places on his ankle. It has been almost 8 days and they are still red with puss coming out. He will not go to see a doctor ..I am afraid they are getting infected , what shall I do? (is borderline diabetic but keeps his levels within normal range with diet lately).....

take tab livocetrizine 5 mg daily and applycaladryl lotion.youhave got super imposed infection, consult diabetologist and take systemic antibiotic like ezythrocin 500mg daly for 5 days. manta in blood sugar properly with die at control and treatment.daily dressing with beta dine lotion.
