Hi,
A home pregnancy test can be performed 3-7 days after the missed period with a fresh early morning sample of urine. If you have not tested this way, please repeat the test after a couple of days. Also, you can get a estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres. This gives a better and an earlier confirmation as it is sensitive and specific. A trans-vaginal sonogram also can be performed a week after the missed period to know the status of the pelvic organs and if pregnant, to locate the gestation sac and the age of the pregnancy. Hope this helps.
