Yes, I have been suffering with headaches now for the past three weeks. It ranges at times, from the nap neck area of my spine to the center area of my head. I had an small injury some months ago on a job which cause a small endure, with small amount of bleeding. I didn t attend treatment, which I didn t believe it to have been so serious. Yet, my headaches have begun to take on a daily pattern and I am in questions as to whether this could be a result from the incident at work.
Hello, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Headcahe after head injury can be found in many persons. If there is severe headache witha ssociated vomiting, loss of consciousness, seizures, bleeding via nose or ear, an imaging of brain is required. In most cases, headache is mild and the only symptom. You need not to worry. You can try amitriptyline, nortriptyline or sertraline for benefit. You can visit and consult a neurologist too. Take rest, proper sleep, avoid stress. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health and early recovery. Regards Dr Deepti Verma
